1. Purchase Flow

  • When you see a product you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button on the full-details page displaying the product you want. You will be forwarded to the Shopping Cart confirmation page where you can change the quantity desired. If you would like to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button on this page.

  • At any point during your shopping you can confirm the merchandise that is currently in your cart by clicking the "View Cart" button located in the upper-left side of the homepage or by clicking on the "My Cart" button located in the upper-right.

  • When you are ready to complete your order and checkout, click the "Checkout" button in the upper right. At this point you may be asked to register an ID. Doing so will shorten the checkout process of subsequent orders by not requiring you to enter your address and other details.

  • After completing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging your order. If you don't receive an email within 24 hours, check your spam-box for any emails with the @abiloves.com domain. Please allow all emails from the @abiloves.com domain to pass through your spam filter.

  • In the event that you have still not received a confirmation email after 3 days, please contact us regarding your order, briefly describing the situation via our site's "Contact Us" form.

  • After the automated email has been sent, a member of our staff will personally confirm your order and send you an email listing the contents of your order.

  • Please confirm the contents of this email, which will contain your order, the method of payment, the method of delivery, and the delivery time.

  • Please check the contents of your order immediately after it arrives. In the event that there are any damaged or missing products, please be certain to contact us via email within 3 days (Please be aware that we will be unable to provide support if you fail to contact us within 3 days).

2. Payment

■ Paypal

All Credit Card payments are processed using Paypal's Credit Card verification system. This is separate from standard Paypal credits, and means that you can use VISA, MasterCard, JCB, or American Express for payment. All transactions are secured with SSL certificates. ■ Bank Transfer

After completing your order, please transfer payment to the following designated bank account within 3 days (including the day your order is placed).

* Transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
* Orders will be shipped upon confirming that payment has been made..
* Please be aware that if we are unable to confirm payment within 5 days (including the day your order was placed) of your order, the order will be canceled automatically..
* Payments made via bank transfers are available on domestic deliveries only.

 

■ C.O.D. (SAGAWA Shipping Option Only)

* Please be aware that, separate from the purchase price and shipping fee of your order, by using SAGAWA C.O.D., you will be charged an additional ¥250 handling fee.
* Please pay the postal courier in cash (the purchase price of your order, the shipping fee, and the C.O.D. handling fee) at the time of delivery.
* Orders placed using SAGAWA C.O.D. services will be limited to ¥300,000 or less.
* SAGAWA C.O.D. services are available on domestic deliveries only.

3.Delivery

Please be aware that delivery of items, except in the case of C.O.D. payments, takes place after the payment process has been completed.

■ Delivery Options

Domestic (Japan)
* Domestic deliveries are handled by Japan Post's Yuu-Pack service.
* Deliveries with SAGAWA typically take 2-3 working days.

Overseas (Outside Japan)
* Overseas deliveries are handled by Japan Post's EMS service.
* Please note that delivery time varies from country to country but, excluding some countries, typical delivery time takes between 5 and 7 working days.

■ Shipping Costs Domestic

* Domestic SAGAWA shipping costs are as follows. (For customers who select C.O.D. as their method of payment, please note that there is an additional ¥315 bellow ¥10'000, ¥420 bellow ¥30'000 and ¥630 bellow ¥100'000 handling fee.)

Overseas

* Shipping costs for overseas deliveries by EMS are calculated automatically by weight. Our system will automatically calculate your expected shipping costs based on destination and weight of your final order. Get a shipping cost estimation on the check out page.

■ Shipping Time

* As shipping times will vary depending upon whether or not an item is in stock, please confirm each item's availability while viewing the product's detail page.
* When items are in stock, orders will be shipped within 7 working days of the completion of payment (regardless of the order being domestic or foreign).

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

* Please confirm the contents of your order upon receipt. If by chance you do not receive the expected items, or if an item is damaged, please contact us via email within 3 days.
* Upon inspection and at our discretion, we will exchange your merchandise immediately. If an exchange is not possible, we will refund you the purchase price of the merchandise.
* We will provide instructions on the return process via email. However, please be aware that if, upon inspection, it is determined that the item is not defective, we will return the item to you.
* We will cover return costs only in the event that you contact us prior to making the return and we confirm its contents.

  • Returns and exchanges at the customer's convenience will be at the shipping charge of the customer (if an item is the wrong size, if the color differs from that of the image, if an incorrect item was ordered, etc.)
  • Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be made in the following situations.
    • Items that have been used.
    • If the invoice, tags, or package are not in the condition they were at the time of delivery or if anything is missing or damaged.
    • If items become damaged or dirty after delivery.
    • If you contact us later than 3 days after delivery.
    • Underwear and bathing suits.
    • Sale and Flea Market items.

    5. Wrapping Service

    wrapping wrapping-icon Each order is wrapped carefully in coloured silk paper (colours vary with each order we wrap from fuchsia, to turquoise, to silver-grey and green…). It’s a surprise each time!

    We hope that our style will satisfy you, the order will arrive safely to your house and that you will enjoy shopping on ABI LOVES…for you, for him, for them, for fun!Please note that the main idea of packaging for ABI LOVES…orders is that it should be minimal, recycled or easy recyclable. Therefore creating a minimal effect on the environment all keeping the visual aspect in mind our clientele can expect from online shopping.

    For gift orders we do offer to send a card with your order. Please contact us for any specifications regarding wrapping and gift message.
